At DDP Yoga, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ownership of our fitness gear and DVDs. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included accessories are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
